We wanted to take a moment to thank both of you for all of the time and attention given in building our new home. You, your staff and your subcontractors, truly make this a wonderful experience with an end product which is simply outstanding.

It has been two years since you built the most beautiful house in Medford - the house that has become our home. I still wander around the house and continue to be impressed with the quality of construction.

We were so pleased with our decision to move into Wyngate. Living in the house now, we are so happy with the spacious feeling the open plan provides us. We are looking forward to entertaining soon!

From my own business experience, I feel that the success of a project is based on four key criteria: Design, Cost, Schedule, Quality. All of the above is what makes you a good builder, but ultimately it is the relationship with people that makes you successful. We appreciated very much that you maintained your word whether the agreement was verbal or written.

Following up on the one year walk-through of our new home, I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how thrilled Ellen and I are not only with the construction of the house, but with the service, attention to detail, and consistent focus on assuring we were completely satisfied. If customer service is the best marketing tool a business can deploy, you and your team could write the definitive book on the subject.

From keeping us informed and advising us on tweaks to the original architectural drawings you thought would improve the design, to making the overwhelming process of selecting flooring, tile, carpeting, exteriors, etc., manageable, to assuring the subcontractors were efficient and responsive, we have nothing but the highest praise for our experience. As you know, we had some pretty clear ideas about the look and feel we wanted, including maximizing green design, and you were fully engaged from the start in helping us to realize our vision in the most practical and cost effective manner.

This positive experience continued through the first year as the inevitable post-construction follow-ups due to settlement or landscape replacement were delivered with the same level of customer service and concern for our satisfaction as the first time we met to discuss the possibility of you building our house.

Bob and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new home and neighborhood at Wyngate. We have lived in Medford for the past 32 years. We have family here, but also appreciate the convenience that Medford holds in terms of location to major roads, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, quality health care etc. We had been looking for an over 55 home in Medford that would keep us close to our grandchildren and also the conveniences we have enjoyed.

The night that we attended the Braddocks Tavern Event, which Bob Meyer hosted, we knew Wyngate in Medford was the place for us. Over the years, we have built 6 homes and we knew the quality of home we were looking for. We chose Bob Meyer because of the reputation held by residents of the area. Bob built our daughter’s house in Medford so we were familiar with the quality of his workmanship.

That night we chose our favorite home site and we are happy with our choice. We like the exterior and interior designs of the Wyngate homes. All of the people we interacted with during the building process from Bob Meyer, Eric Voss, the office staff, the sales representatives Brenda and Dorothy, to the interior decorator Cathy McKenna, and Don Collins have been excellent. We found these people to be patient, caring, and professional. Bob Meyer has managed to choose a team that exhibits the highest quality of experience, workmanship and people skills.

We highly recommend Wyngate to anyone seeking a home in an active adult community. Our advice to them is to visit the model and speak with Brenda and Dorothy about the Wyngate models and lots. Drive through the Wyngate community. Use Wyngate as a measurement to compare other communities and builders. In our opinion Wyngate is the number one choice for active adult living in the Southern New Jersey area.

I have been meaning to drop you a quick note but it has been so busy recently with all of our moving activities that I have not been able to find the time.

From our first visit, right up to the closing, everyone was so professional and helpful. You and your staff took a lot of stress out of the process. I wanted to thank you personally, as weel, for the time you spent with us during the walk-through and your accessibility afterwards. The gift basket was so unexpected and appreciated, and really let us know how you feel about your customers.

Having started the process in January of 2009, we've been in a position to follow the whole gamut of issues which surround selecting a homesite, builder, home model etc. We have enjoyed the entire process and particularly the support we have received from both of you.
